Shipping and Returns
We do not do returns or exchanges. All orders are cut to your requirements. Please read our product disclaimers before ordering to ensure that you understand what it is that you are purchasing and that it is suitable for your individual needs.
Anything that has been cut from a roll of film cannot be returned to us for replacement unless there is damage or a manufacturing fault. We certainly do not refund any items, we will only replace them if the original item is damaged or has a manufacturing fault.
If you have ordered the wrong product we sympathise, but we do not accept returns or exchanges if the mistake is yours.
If you purchase film from us and you (or a third-party that you engage) intend installing it, then the onus is on you to have the necessary skills and knowledge to apply the film. We believe that it would be difficult to achieve a professional result without extensive knowledge and experience.
We ship within Australia and overseas using services provided by Australia Post. We provide Australia Post tracking information for each order, so that both parties can check on where the parcel is.
Most orders within Australia will arrive within 3-7 days from dispatch, depending on your location and which postal charges you have chosen (e.g. Express Post, or Regular Parcel Post).
For international orders, it is up to the local post or courier company to provide information once the order has landed in your country.
Any order that is over $50 value will need to be signed for on delivery.
